Trailer Description:

The beautiful brand new 27’ Keystone Hornet is a mid-sized family travel trailer which is designed to be easily towed by most full size pick-ups or SUV’s.  It is the perfect travel trailer for the entire family, either camping for days or living in for extended periods.

The trailer is divided into three distinct, private areas. One is the master bedroom with a large queen island bed with nightstands. The living & dining area slides out to offer extra roominess and comfort with a full sized kitchen nearby. The rear of the trailer features two large bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. 

This beautiful travel trailer is an excellent choice for family vacations, as a temporary "guest house" for visiting family and friends or as a longer term rental in the event of water damage claims or homeowner's insurance claims.

Reservation Procedure

Reservation Procedure: Contact owner to request Rental Application Form. Submit completed Rental Application Form for rental confirmation.

Reservation Deposit: A 20% ($300 minimum) non-refundable rental deposit (cash, money order, check or credit card) is required to confirm reservation. Reservation deposit is refundable (less $25 administrative fee) if reservation is cancelled within the first 30 days after booking. Thereafter, your reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Insurance: Renter needs to provide an insurance binder from their auto insurance company prior to rental. This is usually provided quickly, easily and at no cost free by your insurance company. Coach owner will provide Insurance Binder Information Form upon acceptance of rental application for you to give to your insurance company.

Rental Payments: All rentals must be paid in full 14 days prior to departure (30 days for summer & holidays) or be subject to cancellation. All payments by personal check(s) must be received by us a minimum of ten business days in advance of when due.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 is required at or before pick-up by cash or credit card authorization.

Miscellaneous: Each renter will receive their RV full of water, fuel and propane. A one time sanitation/prep fee of $50 includes final dumping, exterior cleaning and a starter kit of chemicals and RV toilet paper. The coach must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition or additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Check-Out Procedure: Each renter will receive a one hour familiarization of the rental coach including operation of all onboard systems. A detailed written inspection of the rental coach will also be conducted by the renter prior to departure. A copy of each operator's drivers license will be made.

Cancellations & Credits: Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to departure (30 days for summer & holidays) are non-refundable for the full rental amount. Non-refundable reservation deposits and rental charges are entitled to “store credit” toward a future booking anytime during the next twelve months (subject to availability).

Brake Controller: All Travel Trailers have electric brakes. As such, it is REQUIRED that your truck/SUV have a brake controller installed. Owner does sell and install brake controllers. Please call the owner for details and pricing. There are NO exceptions and NO refunds will be issued if you show up without a brake controller.

Tow Hitch: In order to rent a travel trailer, your truck/SUV must have a Class III receiver hitch and wiring for a 7-pin plug. We provide the weight distribution hitch, 2 5/16" ball and sway bars. We also provide complete hookup of the trailer to your truck/SUV.

Generator: There are NO generators on Travel Trailers.

Mileage Charges: There are NO mileage charges for Travel Trailers.
